What you presumably mean by sources is western mainstream news, and then when western mainstream doesn't report on it any other sources have to be discarded. Seems rather convenient.

The fact is that Russia decommissioned tochka-u in 2019, but Ukrainian military still has them in use. Ukraine originally claimed it was an iskander missile, which Russia uses. They have since admitted that it is in fact a tochka-u.

These tweets include pictures, documents, links to other sources, etc. How can a tweet not be a source when it contains first hand evidence? It has to be posted somewhere...
