When I'm just a little bit sick I have a mixed drink using NyQuil that I like to call the Jolly Green Giant:
1 part whiskey
2 parts ginger ale
30ml NyQuil (you'll want to reduce this amount if having multiple)
Several dashes lemon juice
Garnish with lemon wedge

Enjoy!

I thought it was bad to mix Tylenol with alcohol

Mixing medicine with alcohol is pretty much universaly bad. Each to their own I guess.

It's universally bad, but I thought mixing alcohol with Tylenol was "can be lethal" levels of bad.

That I don't know but I wouldn't be surprised.

It's the number 1 cause of liver failure

Yes technically but that's the same for all blood thinners and moreso ones that are damaging to liver and kidneys on the breast of days.
