@DmMacniel php and javascript. the problem is that many people advise me not to use php. but i think that this language is just as powerful as any other language.

So the good ol XAMPP stack. Nothing wrong with that. Just make sure to stay up to date with PHP, it has evolved quite a lot afaik.

Of course, never let others tell that your tools are bad and you should feel bad. Just make sure to keep your tools and wits sharp and follow the latest security guidelines to keep you and your users safe.
