What do you guys think of buying Cyberpunk 2077? I've been waiting for it to improve before buying, and with the dlc around the corner, and generally good opinions it seems like a great time to buy.

Great time to buy. Probably won't be cheaper between now and DLC launch. There's already been tons of changes to balance and the class system, performance has significantly improved. It's honestly just a really wonderful world and role playing experience. I also highly recommend the short anime if that's your sort of thing.
