I have Metamask wallet, but i dont think its open source, or terribly secure, so im looking for a software wallet that can hold major currency's like: btc, eth, and monero. Ive had a look at "Dash Electrum" but i dont think there's a linux app for it. i need something thats on: android, linux, and windows. I think that crypto is very interesting and i want to get into it, but i need a secure and private wallet first.

afaik metamask is open source : https://github.com/MetaMask

it seems it much easier to find a good private wallet for a single coin than a multi-coin one.

as for multi-coin wallets Jaxx and Exodus are quite popular

metamask is based on eth? so it's kind of focus on same coin at the end...

Exodus is not FOSS i use it and it's not foss (not sure about Jaxx as i never used it)
