Who is this guy? I went to his Telegram and he claims to be a volunteer journalist reporting from the front lines?

He's reporting an awful lot of troop movements that the others aren't. DeepState UA shows no update in this area.

So, is this guy just way better connected than ISW and DeepState? Is he compromising opsec? Or, is this incorrect?

I cannot vouch for the source's credibility, however

DeepState UA shows no update in this area.

The villiage is at 47.5308, 35.3948 (linked in OP) and DeepStateMAP shows changes (in the grey zone) on the 2023-07-15 15:36 and 2023-07-17 23:05.

So, is this guy just way better connected than ISW and DeepState?

DeepStateMAP is known to only update based on visually confirmed or UA official statements.

Is he compromising opsec?

Possibly.
