In view of the post about the Russian who says that UFOs are U.S. spy technology, I want to tell you about an UFO sighting that happened in my country in a very small town called Mechita, where, at the time, large investments of Russian capital were being made.

Before talking about the UFO, I have to explain the scenario in which the sighting took place, so bear with me:

On september 25, 2017, the government authorized the call to conduct an international public bidding process for the acquisition of 169 new electric trains, for the price of US$ 2,794,809,280.

The following month Transmashholding (largest manufacturer of locomotives and railway equipment in Russia) announced its intentions to establish itself in the country:

Transmashholding (TMH), Russia's largest manufacturer of rolling stock and railway equipment, will set up in the country.

Initially, the firm will invest some US$200 million in a plant for the manufacture of parts and pieces for railway equipment, but it is not ruled out that it will expand its presence in the near future.

According to several national media reports, TMH's president Hans Schabert, the company's CEO Kirill Lipa and the president of the Argentine subsidiary, Thibault Peters-Deteract, met a few days ago with President Mauricio Macri and the Minister of Transport, Guillermo Dietrich, to inform them of their plans to set up in the country.

Months ago, CEO Kirill Lipa had assured that the firm was interested in participating in the mega bidding for 169 electric trains recently launched by the Ministry of Transport.

Shortly thereafter, in december 20, 2017, Trenes Argentinos Infraestructura, under the National Ministry of Transportation, signed an agreement with the company Transmashholding, through its subsidiary, TMH Argentina, by which the Russian company will immediately invest US$ 3 million to reactivate the “Mechita” railway workshop, located in the town of Bragado, Province of Buenos Aires, which was deactivated in 2011.

As part of the agreement signed by both parties, Trenes Argentinos Infraestructura will provisionally cede the premises of the Mechita Workshop and the shunting yard of the Mecha station (adjacent to the workshop and unused for several years) for a period of 3 years with the purpose of rehabilitating it. For its part, the Russian company is committed to invest after the signing of the agreement the sum of US$ 3 million for the adaptation of the premises and its full operation and, at the same time, to deliver within four months a definitive project for the workshop.

"Transhmashholding has made the decision to actively respond to the new business climate prevailing in Argentina and to the major modernization plan for the railway system launched by the current government. Our goal is to create an industrial pole in this country, with repair facilities, comprehensive overhaul and manufacturing of state-of-the-art rolling stock and the installation of spare parts manufacturing plants, for which we will invest close to US$200 million and generate more than 500 direct jobs,” said Oleg Kruglyakov, vice president of international business of the Russian company.

Thus, a few months later, in 2018 and with the help of the Russian TMH, Mechita's workshops were rehabilitated:

"The Mechita workshops were reopened last Friday, with an official ceremony attended by President Mauricio Macri, the Minister of Transportation, Guillermo Dietrich, the Governor of Buenos Aires, María Eugenia Vidal, and the President of Trenes Argentinos Infraestructura, Guillermo Fiad, among other authorities."

On November 8, 2018, the Ministry of Transport decided to cancel the previous public bidding process dated September 25, 2017 to authorize a new one, for the purchase 70 electric trains, for the price of US$ 759,248,000.

At the time, three companies submitted their offers: Alstom Brazil, Russia's Transmashholding (TMH) and Argentina's Vemerkiper Ingeniería:

On Thursday afternoon, executives of the Russian giant TMH, world leader in railway engineering, visited the workshops of Mechita and made a stop at the Municipality to greet the Mayor Vicente Gatica.

TMH Argentina, the Argentine subsidiary of the private Russian group Transmashholding, and Trenes Argentinos Infraestructura, an agency of the National Ministry of Transportation, announced the start of construction of a state-of-the-art rolling stock factory in Mechita. It will require an investment of 70 million dollars and, according to the Russian company, will generate 1,200 direct and indirect jobs.

The project is part of the US$200 million investment plan that TMH Argentina is implementing in the country.

The event was attended by President Mauricio Macri, the governor of the province of Buenos Aires, María Eugenia Vidal, the Minister of Transportation of the Nation, Guillermo Dietrich and the President of TMH International, Hans Schabert.

The new plant will include the construction of a state-of-the-art workshop. Mechita is expected to become a pole of railway development, with a research and development center and the possibility of new suppliers from all over the world joining the site.

When asked by Bragado Informa, Sarquís said: “It was 10:30 pm. I was with a friend in his house, cooking pizzas, I had a tremendous heat so I decided to go outside and when I leaned against a car, I looked up and saw a huge black triangle-shaped object darker than the sky and with red tips. It moved from left to right and made no noise, there was no engine or turbine sound and it was located about 50 meters above the trees”.

Sarquís also said: “I was very scared, I never thought I would see something like that. I started shouting and calling my friends who were inside the house, but when they came out with their children, the object was lost among the trees”.

“I was asked to make a drawing of what I saw, I never imagined this situation in my 43 years of life. The object was large, more or less 10 to 15 meters in diameter,” said the eyewitness.

So here’s Knapp and Corbell talking on Weaponized #42, about Grusch’s appearance on the Rogan podcast where he discusses the foreign intelligence docs:

Corbell: "...And I'm listening to that thinking 'Oh, do you mean the classified Russian documents the George Knapp smuggled out of Russia'? and indeed that's what he was talking about. What you did, you know, patriotically, for the United States, bringing information back at your own peril, your own risk. David Grusch texted me earlier today and was like that was some Jason Bourne shit, you know, like getting that stuff out. But it really was and being able to provide that intelligence, you know when asked, you know to our intelligence agencies I mean it was awesome. It was awesome to see that that was mentioned on the Joe Rogan podcast." (Weaponized, 07:15)

So that's a solid confirmation. Also, Corbell suggests that Knapp supplied that data to a US intel agency  - put a pin in that.

Knapp then responds to Corbell:  "Yeah, you know that stuff from Russia. I know the public hasn't seen the bulk of it. I've reported about it for a couple of years, well a lot of years, but the the bulk of the actual documents haven't been released. But they were provided to Congress back in the 90s and I didn't spill that as sort of being a spy for the US government, I shared that information because the people who gave it to me wanted it to be shared with our government, they wanted to start a dialogue back then. So that's why I did it. It also went to NIDS, the Bigelow team, later it was part of the AAWSAP program, and then more recently last year...in the past two years congress....somebody who's working with Congress had reached out to me, to ask is there is any more of that stuff. Is there anything that you didn't share before because they'd like to see more of it. Unfortunately I didn't have anything to give them. But I was I was glad to see Grusch referencing that and I'm glad that it made an impression with him." (Weaponized, 08:18)

So those documents were shared among the NIDS/Bigelow/AAWSAP people.

With this understanding, let's go back and review Grusch's original comments and unpack them a little.

Grusch to Rogan: “So I had access to kind of the AATIP/AAWSAP classified archives and I was like thumbing through everything and there's some other people who were bringing me documents to evaluate. And I'll never forget, I had a, I’ll just say, ‘stolen by the US’, an intelligence assessment...”. (Rogan, 41m)

I think it's a safe assumption that Grusch got the documents from the AAWSAP archive or from somebody associated with AAWSAP.

Passage Material

Then Grusch talks about the material possibly being fake...

Grusch: "And I thought maybe this is passage material, we've got to be very careful, passage material would be like a form of disinformation used to try to trick a case officer to develop a relationship with an asset." (Tucker, 09:23)

This makes a lot of sense now. He would have evaluated these documents, wondering if they were an attempt to compromise Knapp or whoever they were passed to. He doesn't think the documents are fakes.

Reprisals

Here's where things get interesting because they relate to the reprisals against Grusch.

Grusch to Rogan: "...and so I had an adversary also confirmed this program literally because of exfiltrated intelligence. So they certainly had a limited knowledge at least fact-of that the US had a program like this, a particular adversary. And actually I was like... well I want more... I know who wrote this.... liter...or who got it right, on behalf of the United States government so I went to that certain agency through the approved and official way. And this is kind of part of the myriad reprisals against me. The agency was like, 'oh, yes, we have what you're looking for Dave.' 'You're gonna need to sign a one time read into something you know. Come visit us' ... you know go to the vault and read it right, you know, hard copy....but yes we have what you're looking for…and ultimately from what I was told by friends in higher places, my request kind of went up the flagpole at that agency and all of a sudden the agency ghosted my boss and I for like two months and then when I really press them hard to gain access because I'm like 'I have a need to know, I need to evaluate this intelligence for fucking congress' and they debriefed me from all my accesses..." (Rogan, 41m)

So Grusch reads the documents, goes to the intel agency that got them from Corbell, makes some requests, and is refused. Reprisals followed.

AARO

Grusch's statement to Marik von Rennenkampff is clearer now:

Grusch: “I am only aware of three individuals with mostly second-hand knowledge that were interviewed by AARO that I also spoke with some years back during my research process. Those individuals did produce some interesting leads I followed, but it appears AARO did not have the expertise to distill the information they were given, as it should have provided them access to a large body of foreign intelligence and other U.S. program information I had access to..."

So Grusch seems to be calling AARO out for not being able to find documents that AAWSAP had.

tldr;

Knapp and Corbell confirm that Grusch's 'foreign intelligence' documents are part of Knapp's Russia files. Grusch read these reports, possibly acquired from the AAWSAP archive, and thinks they're real. He went to the US intelligence agency, which got them from Corbell, but was refused more access, and reprisals followed. Calls out AARO for not being able to find them.

I grew up very Mormon and eventually became full on atheist when I first got to college. While on the National Archives site, I came across a document in the archive collection for American journalist, Drew Pearson, containing his personal files and correspondence. What made me feel like it needed to be shared was the mention of a deadline of sorts for the year 2025 allegedly mentioned by an unidentifiable source over radio after a series of uap sightings by Air Force pilot, Mel Noel. It's on Page 7 in the File Unit: Unidentified Flying Objects. Made me pause for just a second.

After searching up Drew Pearson's name, I found out a few things about him that could easily mean the document I came across is complete and total science fiction. He had a role in the movie, The Day the Earth Stood Still. He was quite the interesting character and I'm definitely going to look into his work some more. Anyways, thought it was pretty cool and thought it might be interesting to someone else!

I had originally posted this material to other subject related subs, but not to here. This post will contain the same information as the previous, but will be expanded upon as I have gone over this material again with some potentially new insight. There will be brackets [] beside information I feel could be skipped over or not noticed initially and will be expanded upon at the end of the post.

Before we get into the recounting of the story itself there is important details that needs to be discussed. In the past, when this encounter was brought up in either a retelling or as a summation of the events that took place, there was the incorrect assumption and misunderstanding that this encounter was automatically false because the experiencer visits "mars". However, this was an artistic choice of words on the part of the articles editor to indicate this as a "trip to mars" report, but neither the person in the encounter, nor the entity involved in this encounter state for certain that the planet is indeed "mars". The experiencer only presumed it could be, and will be expanded on why he might have thought of that in his own words.

Secondly, for anyone wanting to look into the background of the two named individuals, it must be noted that the US army personal files were caught the 1973 National Personnel Records Center Fire which resulted in a 80% loss of the personal files from 1919-1960 with many records being destroyed with no copies having been made. Additionally, while this encounter itself may not be the most detailed or revealing, there are numerous points that come at later encounters with these entities that will become apparent, just to keep that in mind. The first source that I could find which references this case was W. Gordon Allen - Space Craft from beyond three dimensions. It should be noted while this book references this case, it does not detail the entities appearance.

Finally, some criticisms have come at the fact that the original source "Prince George Citizen" was unavailable, that only later accounts could be certain that there was no guarantee this story originated when it did. The original source to the article will be at the end of the post. The encounter was published on December 11th 1957.

STRANGER THAN FICTION

I was working for the U.S. occupation army in Austria on May 15, 1951. I was driving for QM Col. Cousin. He commanded me to drive Mr. Haster to Linz from Salzburg. Mr. Haster was teaching evening courses to the United States soldiers in Linz, my job was to drive him from Salzburg to Linz three times a week.

This particular day I came back as usual from Linz at about 11 o'clock at night and arrived at the motor pool five miles north of Salzburg. I started for home after leaving the car at the motor pool. I lived two miles north of the motor pool. I took a short cut and on the left hand side was brush. It was dark, no moon.

Suddenly someone came out of the bush and came close to me. I could only see the outline in the dark but he seemed to have a helmet on. He was about my height, maybe a little shorter. He had something in his hand and he pointed it at me. I thought it was his finger, but it made a click.

After the click he waved his hand quickly and I went to put my arm up in front of my face, but I was paralyzed. felt like falling down but I didn't. He put a black, square plate on my chest and strapped it around my back. I could hear a dog barking away off in the distance, but I couldn't hear him walking. He must have walked very easily. I could see his outline as he walked around me.

COULDN'T MOVE OR WALK

After he strapped the plate on me he walked in front of me and he pointed the thing in his hand at the plate on my chest rather than my head like before. He walked away and pulled me after him. I couldn't move or walk, but he just pulled me along after him. I wasn't actually in the air, but my full weight wasn't on the ground. It seemed as if I was light.

Behind the brush was a small field. In the field, hidden from the road was a round object about 150 feet in diameter. It was dark and I couldn't tell what it was. My first thought was that a spy had captured me for some reason.

The thing that lead me sort of rose from the ground and took me after him to the top of the object. He did something, either stepped on some thing or pushed some button, and a door opened and he pulled me after him down into the dark. I was plenty scared and I wondered what would happen next. I got down in the dark and I could finally feel a floor under my feet.

STARS WERE SHINING ABOVE

I knew that where I was was either glass or plastic because the stars could be seen shining up above. Then I saw the outline of what looked like a door and he pulled me through into what I later found out was a room of glass or plastic.

He kept his finger, or what I thought was his finger and later saw was some sort of pencil-shaped object, pointed at me until I was inside the room. He kept it pointed at me all the time then when I was in the room he took it off me and I sank down to the floor. He went out and I could see his outline. There was a sort of shaking sensation and I knew the door to the room had been shut.

SENSATION OF RISING

The next sensation I had was a sensation of rising up into the air. I had never flown before in my life. In a few minutes I could see the left half of the moon shining. I was so scared, but I figured I was dreaming. Then I started to feel my hands and feet again. I sat up and then I got up on my feet. By this time we were in the sunlight.

I looked across the ship and I could see the person that had brought me here He was standing over by the wall and there were some levers on the wall. He looked like a person, like we are. A little bit shorter than me.

To me at the time he looked like a devil.

He had no hair at all, I could see through the sort of glass helmet. His head was sort of a cylinder form. A very high forehead with big eyes. You could see lots of little eyes in the two big eyes. It seemed to me it looked like the eyes of a fly. No nose at all, just two holes. He had a very small slit for the mouth. It looked like he had skin, it was sort of white. There were two holes for the ears. His skull was very large. He had no eyebrows or any hair at all.

THREE LONG FINGERS

The torso was round kind of like a tin can. The legs were of proportionate length. His arms were a little bit shorter than our arms, I would say. His hands seemed to be three long fingers.

I couldn't see any neck but he was dressed in material that was like silver, but it wasn't shiny. This covered all of him except the head part which had on the helmet. He didn't look at me at all.

The main part of the ship that I could see from the room I was in appeared to be round and the walls were like glass, but you couldn't see anything through them. The floor was made of glass or plastic. In the middle of the floor, under the glass, was a black plate something like I had strapped on my chest. From the corners of the plate, which looked to be about 10 feet square, black beams ran to the walls of the ship.

I could see under the black plate and there seemed to be a duplicate room on the other side of the ship. I could see the same kind of levers on the wall as the thing was standing beside.

As soon as we came into the sun I could feel a real burning heat, but he pulled a lever and a covering, like blue water, came over the roof. Then the sun was normal. but I could still see through it

SOUL RISING UP?

My first thought was that I was dreaming, and then my second thought was that I was dead and my soul was rising up.

The ship was not rotating or going sideways, but kind of gliding straight I looked across the ship and I could up. I could see the sun like a ball of fire, see the person that had brought me and the moon like a silver ball, but the rest was darkness. Suddenly, as I looked up the moon was right above us and it seemed to come down at us. Suddenly we were both standing on a what had been the roof. We seemed to be about a quarter of a mile above the moon.

I could see clearly the craters on the surface of the moon. There was lots of them. The ground seemed to be a grayish color, and I could see rocks and hills. We were in the sunny part of the moon then the ship glided to the right

and into the darkness.

Then the driver stopped the ship. I could feel it sort of waiting. It was dark all around outside, but the sun seemed to shine into the ship. I saw the thing take one of the pencil-things that he had pointed at me and he pointed it downwards. I thought at the time that he must be from the moon and that he was signaling someone down below.

NO NOISE FROM THE SHIP

There was no noise at all from the ship or from the signal. After about five minutes we started to move to the right.

Over the past few months, I was asked multiple times by Staff of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability whether I am available to testify before the U.S. Congress on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). As a result, I cleared my calendar for November 13, 2024 and prepared the following written statement. At the end, I was not called to testify before Congress and so I am posting below my intended statement. The Galileo Project under my leadership is about to release this week unprecedented results from commissioning data of its unique Observatory at Harvard University. Half a million objects were monitored on the sky and their appearance was analyzed by state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms. Are any of them UAP and if so — what are their flight characteristics? Unfortunately, the congressional hearing chairs chose not to hear about these scientific results, nor about the scientific findings from our ocean expedition to the site of the first reported meteor from interstellar space.

The Favor Encounter occurred on November 18, 2004; the hearing next week will take place 5 days before the anniversary.

I’m not sure if there’s any significance to this, in terms of the hearing, except to remind us how farfetched it is to think it’s human technology.

Decided to go to the UAP hearing. Got our flights, have a hotel close to the capital and scheduled line standers for the wife and I.

Clearly the list has been released and two of these guys will be testifying. Bravo to the congressional members putting this together. But it’s just the tip of the iceberg. Let’s get all these guys on record whether they’re liars or not it’s important to get the all under oath, sworn in, on record, and pinned against the wall with hard questions.
