Original Title: Elizondo in the UFO hearings implicated a "psychological operations" officer in the Pentagon as principle public point of contact for all things UFO-related, and implied this is bad. Blackvault today confirmed it is Susan Gough. Link to her research.

So the last hearing got a touch of news on these sites. 15 minutes of a banner on cnn before it got nuked from orbit.

Now... there's nothing at all. EXCEPT.. for NPR. Good on them.

There has been a lot of chatter, especially in the YouTube live chat threads and on Twitter (nope, not calling it X), from people who are disappointed in the hearing. Kristian Harloff, who's channel I was watching today, specifically expressed deep disappointment. I'm sure other personalities did too on air. But I feel like these comments are totally missing the mark.

This hearing never was meant to be disclosure, it was never supposed to necessarily grab the attention of the media and the public who are not up to speed on this subject. This negative reaction is like being mad that Star Wars ep 1 was a terrible horror film. That wasn't the point and a whole lot of people based their expectations on what they wanted this to be, not what we were told. Remember that little memo that came out a few days ago that specifically spelled out what the hearing was about?

This hearing was for Congress, and specifically to establish, for the record, that the US government possesses significant data about UAPs that is not being shared with the proper oversight authorities or with the public, and that much of the classified materials relevant to the subject should not be classified at all. Every instance where Elizondo said "I can't talk about that," drove this point home. Every time Shellenberger stated he couldn't talk about his sources, this highlighted the seriousness with which whistleblowers are taking the potential risk they face by coming forward.

This wasn't the giant leap forward we want, or that some personalities hyped (and we should level our ire at them for their sensationalism), but as a procedure measure for Congress, this was important. They can pursue this data that already exists with credibility, and hopefully with greater backing by other members of Congress if they take a legislative approach. They can operate from a platform that looks perfectly reasonable from an outside perspective; instead of acting on the accusations of some crazy conspiracy theorists, they can move forward based on the credible claims made by credible people under oath. That matters in the political world.

So, chin up, friends. This was a small, slow step forward. I know we all want more. I sure as hell do. But the more the subject and claims are legitimized, the better. The slower the trickle of info, the easier it will be for the wider public to buy into. If we had even first hand witnesses saying "we have 54 UFOs and 35 bodies of 4 species held in 7 locations," you already know what what happen: "Where's the evidence?!?!" The claims made today are mild and pretty reasonable, enough to grab people's attention and not sound too bonkers. Enough for people to say "OK, yeah, maybe they ought to look into that, sounds interesting and kind of fishy." That is, in the end, a very good thing, and that was what this hearing was about.

Oke Shannon's 1985 notes, see page 24 at 'Look for this!' in margin

Compare to page 10 'Section 5: Restricted USG Historical Records' of IMMACULATE CONSTELLATION report released by Michael Shellenberger today. Match.

Shannon makes note of other publications floating around in the same section of his notes, as well as mentioning G/00/162-78 may be a reissue of an earlier doc. Worthwhile trailheads or corroborating puzzle pieces to make note of.

My mind is blown by this hearing

I was always a skeptic but this hearing made me a believer. Very strong statements about Non-human intelligence were made today, very clever ways to circumvent non-disclosure agreements, the congress people knew what they were doing (except boebart, screw her for trying to ridicularize this issue). I enjoyed the testimonies, these people have some serious cojones for coming out like this.

Now the issue is to make mainstream media to report this.

I started watching the hearing prepared to be deeply underwhelmed, but boy was this one hell of a ride!

Though the important testimonies given and the Immaculate Constellation report being entered into Congressional record were huge developments, my most important takeaway from the hearing is this:

Congress means business.

  • Most of the committee members asking questions and driving the agenda today have been following this topic for a little over a year. During the hearings last July, it was obvious how new they were to this topic and how confused and overwhelmed they were by it.
  • Today, there was none of that confusion or lack of confidence. Today, they, members from both parties, were all on the fucking war path, portraying little doubt in the fact that the Federal Government is unduly hiding shit from them and from the public.
  • During the 16 months that have passed since the last hearing, they have pursued this issue in various ways and venues, participated in confidential meetings behind closed doors and had their aides research this further to get to the bottom of it.
  • If the DoD (or from other relevant branches of government) had, during these 16 months, been able to provide sound, reasonable counter-arguments to the testimonies from Grusch et al, then there is no way in hell that we would have seen this assertive behaviour from the representatives.
  • Had the DoD (etc) had the truth on their side, all but one or two of the most gullible or unscrupulous of the representatives would approach today's hearing from a completely different angle than they did today.
  • In reality, the exact opposite of that seems to be the case: members of both parties firmly stated that not only have they been denied satisfactory answers – certain actors have even tried to stop this hearing from taking place (and/or stop them from asking certain questions).

This might be obvious to most intelligent people here, but Jesus fucking Christ people, today was huge!

"Whether this technology emanates from us or other worldly. That we know that we possess it, and where's the accountability?

Where are the stopgaps? Where are the guarantees that if this were to fall into enemy hands that it isn't immediately weaponized against us.

Now I'll say this, it is clear from my experience, in what I've seen that there is something out there. The question is, is it ours, is it someone else's, or is it other-worldly?

And Madam Chairman I would posit that as the legislative body, as the regulatory body we must know if anyone that prevents us from gaining access to that information, I would consider that criminality.

Because we have US personnel who may very well be in harms way. We have technology that ultimately may threaten our very existence. With that Madam Chairman I thank you for your indulgence, and l yield my time."

" EG&G also had a “live being” who looked human, kind of like Ross Perot and not the classic gray alien."

"American antigravity program maybe n Austin, TX"

"UAP occupants/factions will arrive in 2027 and “we need to prepare.”

"The others....their Catalina base"

This reads like a movie, I can not believe it

Edit:

This is not the report, but Shellenberger's Witness Statement. Still worthy of note as he testified during the hearing that these witnesses were highly credible, and he did not want to divulge further to protect their identity.

Shellenberger delivered today. He spoke about what he knew, avoided speculation, and supplied hard evidence to support his sources claims. Immaculate constellation is now entered into the congressional record because of him. More serious journalism is needed on this topic and I hope he and others with similar integrity continue to investigate this topic.

I think a lot of us are at least slightly disappointed with the information presented (or lack thereof). That being said there were some interesting tid bits to come out of this.

I am glad that the attempted transfer of material from Lockheed to Bigelow through AAWSAP was discussed, yet I wish we heard Mike Gold’s thoughts due to his connection to Bigelow.

The entering of the Immaculate Constellation document from Shellenberger into congressional record is potentially great for future hearings and publicity towards the subject.

Don’t trust the “I’m done with the topic after the hearing” narrative. Be steadfast in your commitment to the subject.

I would love to hear everyone’s thoughts

What's up friends! I'm back for another year of US Congressional UAP Hearing takeaways. Last years' breakdown seemed helpful, so here we go again. We've all seen the whistleblower statements ahead of time, but I'll be using this space in a similar capacity to last year - bullet points of important statements and amicable discussion in the comments. Some bullets aren't necessarily super consequential but might be lines from members which I notated for whatever reason. There will be a lot of redundant information for some of us, but this is still a historic day which I always feel compelled to notate for personal reasons. For all of you amateur sleuths out there, there tends to be some great tidbits in these hearings that can be used for collation and correlation of your findings. Stay safe!

Gallaudet written testimony:

Elizondo written testimony:

Shellenberger written testimony:

Gold written testimony:

  • Certain unnamed individuals did not want this hearing to happen, fearing what may be disclosed, says Rep Nancy Mace
  • Mace says there has been an outright refusal to share classified information or cooperate by certain agencies with Congress
  • Mace says AARO is struggling and unable or unwilling to bring forward the truth regarding UAP
  • Mace says if there is "no there there" - then why are we spending money on it, and why can't we see how much money we are spending on it (citing AARO budget as example)
  • Mace says program uncovered which may have been illegally kept from Congressional oversight
  • 12-page report from Shellenberger on Immaculate Constellation collection program entered into record, passed around to members
  • Garcia says this is about "the truth, the science, and facts".
  • Grothman particularly concerned about Langley airspace incursions, cites radar readings
  • Grothman says "we cannot shy away from the unknown especially when the stakes are so high".
  • Moskowitz says "some of us (panel members) were told not to ask you (witnesses) certain questions".
  • Gallaudet says he has seen imagery of disk-shaped object that is classified, can't talk about agency which has it unless in classified setting
  • Elizondo says he has NDA which restricts discussing crash retrievals - provided from the US Govt specifically DOD
  • Elizondo says US has craft retrieval programs and reverse engineering programs
  • Elizondo says US Govt is paying veterans for injuries sustained due to UAP related injuries but Pentagon denies existence of UAP
  • Shellenberger says US military industrial complex sitting on a mountain of data and information relating to UAP, high-resolution, potentially thousands of files - says some of the source collection that is classified is shot from helicopters using unclassified collection platforms
  • Gallaudet says congress should have all information related to the tic-tac incident, speculates that Pentagon doesn't want to share data because it shows weaknesses in our defenses
  • Gallaudet says AARO tried to convince him verified UAP reports weren't actually UAP (that they were American technology), they questioned him, and tried to tell him other whistleblowers weren't credible
  • Elizondo says enough data to suggest relationship between sensitive US military / nuclear installations and heavy UAP activity - going back decades
  • Elizondo says he agrees with Grusch - UAP programs operating without congressional oversight.
  • "Career Psychological operations officer" as the main point of contact at the Pentagon for all things UAP, individual also worked with previous AARO leadership (Kirkpatrick)
  • Gallaudet speculates author (superior) of email was silenced and an intel agency was involved (cites "spillage"
  • Gallaudet says a USO in the 80's exhibited characteristics of Russian torpedo, but approached nuclear submarine then slowed, followed for a few minutes, then rapidly exited the scene
  • Gallaudet and Elizondo says AARO and DOD involved in misinformation campaigns against whistleblowers
  • Shellenberger says author of Immaculate Constellation report is either a current or former government official - and doesn't know where the "unofficial" report on Immaculate Constellation might be
  • Elizondo says craft shaped could be origin-related but could also be a "matter of utility"
  • Greene notes that there must be a great deal of research and study behind report to be able to know how injuries from certain types of craft experiences differ from others - Shellenberger confirms huge database, says that a single-source told him USAP managed within DOD somewhere but "held" at the White House (I speculate, via NSC?)
  • Gallaudet says USOs have outpaced US submarines by orders of magnitude
  • Elizondo says UAP are intelligently controlled as in certain military cases UAP anticipate human maneuvers and also "stalk" US Navy ships
  • Elizondo says UAP have been recorded moving in excess of 2000 - 3000 Gs.
  • Luna speculates there are "good and bad" of whatever they are and posits how does that tie into religion, religious individuals who have experiences. No one answers.
  • All witnesses agree that aspects of the federal government are knowingly concealing information on UAPs from the general public.
  • "Non-Human, Higher Intelligence" is personal conclusion on majority of UAP reports from Gallaudet and Elizondo.
  • Biggs questions for what reason the government is over-classifying UAP information; Elizondo touts cold war, adversaries, philosophical narratives on national defense. Biggs says "it's too painful for them to admit".
  • Gold says "all breakthroughs are heretical"
  • Elizondo says Lockheed (didn't mention contractor name, but we know this via other sources) had craft material from 1950s and tried to divest to USAP, but this divestiture was blocked, Air Force nor SecDef never provided memo necessary - Elizondo can't comment on where those materials are today, says it's up to the gatekeepers still within the US Govt
  • Elizondo says we have biological samples but those particular biological samples were collected before he was born, and that those biologics are "separate but related" to aforementioned craft materials allegedly held by Lockheed
  • Elizondo agrees that UAP incursions are becoming more and more "brash" and "provocative". Discusses heightened awareness by military assets, better sensor capabilities for recording and analysis.
  • Timmons speculates that it's either China or Non-Human, "China has technology we don't understand, and if it's non-human, we don't know intent".
  • Elizondo can't answer whether there are any technologies of non-human origin tied in with "advanced bio-science defense programs within the USG"
  • None of the witnesses mention being familiar with non-human genetic / hybridization programs.
  • Shellenberger says information on USOs being withheld from other areas of government, discusses orbs entering and exiting ocean
  • Elizondo says US has foreign material programs when asked if we share information on UAP with international partners
  • Regarding materials given to US Contractors, example of General Dynamics for underwater propulsion, Lockheed Martin for aerospace - but Elizondon says "no, I didn't say Lockheed doesn't do submerged" - gets flustered, says Lockheed Martin can explain which domains they are involved in
  • Gold says we are looking for intelligence that might be biological, but we need to be prepared that it might not be. Discusses technological life, artificial intelligence, machine learning.
  • Ogles mentions Oak Ridge UAP incident. Elizondo speculates on military site interest - Savannah River, Los Alamos, a lot of sensitive R&D sites have had UAP incursions. This is where our most advanced scientific concepts originate. Sees this as a form of reconnaissance on adversarial capability.
  • Gallaudet says cover-up is unconstitutional (in fewer words) and infringes on congressional oversight - "greatest issue of our time is being hid from you (congress)".
  • Ogles says "it is clear from your experiences, and from what I have seen, that there is something out there".

Just posting to commemorate this moment in modern human history - Nancy Mace just officially acknowledged and used the term USAP in the congressional hearing happening now. I’m not sure if this was used in the hearing with Grusch last summer (I’m fairly confident it did not). I’m sure many of us here have been aware of this term being used in UFO conspiracy circles for a long time, but this type of program being officially acknowledged at such a level is very empowering.

Of course we don’t know to what degree this is all controlled by some nefarious actors or not, but regardless I felt really good hearing this in her opening statement this morning. Regardless of what happens next, it’s sure to be riveting. Peace and love y’all!
