Like previously mentioned, this new framework allows app development to introduce new features much more easily and unlocks a lot of potential for the app.

In the next release of mastercomfig 9, barring any more patches, you can expect to see support for class configs, crosshair customization, weapon customization and more advanced keybind setups.

These features are already near completion and are in the polish stage for bug fixing and visual enhancement. I can't wait to see what the community thinks about this, and hope the app becoming a one-stop shop for all TF2 customization provides value to all of you. I'm always open to feedback and new ideas, just let me know what you're thinking of!

mastercomfig should have stayed a performance config; a TF2 customization framework is outside the scope of mastercomfig's goals.

There's a mirror on GitLab. (I really need to get off these proprietary platforms...)

I'm in agreement with the comments: These "god" players bully casual players, and they should not be in casual. God like players would just make people rage.

*Complains about misinformation.*

*Proceeds to harass player for holding unorthodox perspectives.*

Brought to ~~me~~ you by the same subreddit that harassed me when I stating that "Dispenser Range is overrated" (it still is lmao) and "Ubersaw is overrated" (I withdraw that argument though).

Christ no wonder people hate reddit so much...

I keep seeing medic players equipping Crossbow (even though they never actually use it) for extra healing; but the stock Syringe Gun with the mad milk syringes upgrade will give tons of healing.

The mad milk syringes upgrade doesn't have the same expenses as the recharge rate on Scout's mad milk bottle.

  1. Upgrade only costs 200 upfront to get.
  2. The firing rate of the syringe gun will determine how fast you can apply a duration of milk.

Each mad milk syringe applies 0.5 seconds of milk; the maximum duration of the applied milk can be 2 seconds.

The Mad milk bottle will apply 10 seconds of mad milk; but it can only be used at an interval.

  • With healed targets, the mad milk bottle would not be able to constantly apply the effect; because the duration of mad milk on a healed target will get reduced to 2.5 seconds; mad milk's minimum recharge rate (from the recharge upgrades) is 5 seconds.
  • However, the mad milk syringes will be able to consistently apply mad milk; the reload time is 1.6 seconds, which is under 2.5 seconds of the mad milk duration on a healed target.

Looks like Pineapple TF is doing a charity drive for National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Cool! (I hope…)

The documentation is awful; I wish I wrote better documentation.

I still need to add the lump types; but I haven't because I've been so busy (and also executive dysfunction is messing with me).
