For me, hourly movement reminders and medication reminders without having to constantly keep my phone in my pocket has been a godsend. Keeping track of my heart rate (especially while asleep) has also been great for being more aware of when my PTSD symptoms are acting up. I’m also never going back to a sound based alarm instead of a vibrating one, no idea if regular watches have that now too or not.
And he isn’t autistic because he’s a Vulcan, that’s 100% the human part of him.
Not sure I’d consider things like the ability to make your character trans a symptom of anything other than the game being made in the 21st century.

If you don’t like the game, at least listen to the soundtrack. It’s still one of the best game soundtracks IMO.

You can’t guarantee that only “pest” birds (which still may be native, protected species) will visit your birdbath, or that they won’t carry some illness or parasite to pass on to your cat.
