I know this may be pedantic, but he was “arrested” the same day he was arraigned for the first three indictments (he will surrender later this week for the fourth one in Georgia). He just wasn’t handcuffed and isn’t being detained while he awaits trial. He was also booked at the courthouse instead of the police station.

The comics do give me a chuckle but it really is the same joke every time. That’s fine for a comic that I see pop up every now and then. But I don’t know how you build a show on that.
The comment that it took two thousand years for the church to land on its current stance on abortion is not entirely accurate. The Didache, an early Christian writing including a section on Christian ethics, explicitly forbids it.
It also gave the meals very delicious sounding names.
