I am unable to find a community hosted on sh.itjust.works when I search for it from another instance. I know this is probably not a voyager issue, but I was wondering if anyone might be able to help.

So the other comment here said they were defederated. But upon inspection, none of the three instances I'm working with are blocking eachother. I have !daylio@sh.itjust.works and !daylio@lemmy.org. I can't find either from lemmus.org. sh.itjust.works can only find the one it moderates. lemmy.world can only find the one it moderates. Is there a waiting period or something?

You are checking the Lemmus.org instances, right? You asked about lemmy.world which is what I linked, but lemmus.org has their own lists.
