If this ends up just being a Sea of Thieves ripoff, I'm gonna fucking lol
Having played in one of the first tests, it's far from Sea of Thieves. 1 man controls the entire ship, opposed to a crew controlling 1 aspect of the ship at a time.
And it got boring very very fast.
I saw a little gameplay footage and it looked like just the sailing part of Black Flag, nothing else and no new features to make it more in depth.
How close am I?

Well you probably played before they had the "fun and engaging gameplay" dlc ready
I couldn't even get past the tutorial area during the beta, it was very tedious
I don't know what else it could possibly be
