The Estonian parliament is currently considering a security tax bill proposed in reaction to Russia's full-scale war in Ukraine.

The legislation would apply a 2% security tax on individual and business profits starting Jan. 1, 2026, and increase the value-added tax (VAT) from 22% to 24% from July 2025. The measure would be in force until the end of 2028.

BMP-1AM "Basurmanin" moved rapidly forward, confident in its strength. But this moment turned out to be the last for the machine that was supposed to carry fear and death. The Ukrainian calculation with the javelin was waiting in silence. One shot - and in a second the armored giant crumbled to pieces. The burning "Basurmanyn" is a symbol of the fact that every step of the enemy on Ukrainian soil leads him to his own defeat.

Ammunition availability can make all the difference in a war, but only if it makes it to the troops on the front, rather than being destroyed in storage.

Over the course of several days, Ukraine recently succeeded in striking two Russian GRAU arsenals deep in Russian territory and a separate depot and storage facility, causing massive destruction and destroying thousands or tens of thousands of tonnes of Russian munitions.

Defense forces of Ukraine hit the military arsenal "Kotluban"

Tonight, damage was inflicted on the arsenal of storage and modernization of missile and artillery weapons of the Russian occupiers near the village of Kotluban, Volgograd Region.

According to available information, on the eve of the attack, an echelon with Iranian missiles arrived at the arsenal.

The military object had dense cover by means of EW and anti-aircraft defense, however, our units successfully completed the combat mission. There is a fire and detonation of ammunition on the territory of the arsenal.

The operation was carried out by the Unmanned Systems Forces in cooperation with units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and the Security Service of Ukraine.

Defense forces continue to undermine the enemy's military potential.
