Would be great if it had a general prohibition symbol over it, instead of being removed.

I was in Iceland in the spring of 2021 and saw the volcano that was actively erupting at that time and it was one of the most incredible things I've ever seen in my life.
I've been using 2 accounts on my app for years. I had no idea this was something enabled by Samsung and not by WhatsApp.
Gotta look profesh while they're not doing their jobs. It's like they're in competition with that disaster of a House to see which chamber can be the most useless.
This was my first thought as well.
Pretty sure the dev is just one guy who also has a life (job, family, friends) outside of app development. I'm sure he's eager to get the beta out there in the wild, but doesn't want to deal with tons of bug reports for issues he already knows about.
I'm excited to be able to use Boost too and Rubén has been pretty good about giving updates every few weeks even if he hasn't met the timelines he was hoping for. I would guess that we will hear from him again soon.
In the US, it's extremely unlikely we'll see more masks being required unless we see the Healthcare system getting overwhelmed with sick Covid patients again.
