I got to stop watching these and get some work done. Or start my own federation with blackjack and hookers.

This meme would be a lot funnier if you swapped Jadziya for Rom and changed nothing else

Edit: and also fixed the spelling of "capitalism"

Well you think that, but just like Dax, the yoke of capilatism is appealling. Then you remember you aren't just getting into bed with Jadziya, but with an old grizzle man, few other strangers, maybe even a being with barbed genitals. There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again

I remember back when I thought the "Fool- fool me once" thing was the dumbest thing a politician could say. Then things... changed.

the reasoning was he didn't want to have a soundbyte "blame on me" to be used in attack ads. but yeah, he stole the election with the help of his brother and some fascist bastards

Well I mean Leeta did do way better than Dr. Britishbritches there, and with actual capitalism no less.

Which reminds me, watching Certifiably Ingame (YouTube) cover the Hurq war arc was the most British part of Star Trek apocrypha ever. Especially the denouement of the Ferengi heist episode lol
