I found out I was mildly lactose intolerant when I started pounding Whey protein shakes during a bulking cycle.
Farting like a draught horse.
There's a few whey proteins that are lactose free. Hope that helps. :)
Yeah anything made with isolate instead of concentrate has way less issues.
Still... it was almost hilarious how bad it was.
I will warn you know: the farts you get from egg protein are nuclear. It caused an actual fight with my old roommate because he was so disgusted with me. I realized it was the protein and threw it away.
